- All commissions are done under contract. A non-refundable deposit 50% of the total cost of the commission is required. The deposit will go towards the overall price. Sizing, medium selection, and design will be discussed prior. Work on said commission will not begin until deposit is paid via Zelle or Venmo.

- Pricing is determined by desired medium and sizing. Please refer to the information below for more details.

- Artwork will not be shipped out until 100% of agreed price is paid. The 50% deposit goes towards the total price. The other 50% is required before or at completion. Payment schedules can be discussed.

- If you would like to work within a budget, please mention that in the form.

- Include any important dates if there is a deadline for the piece. Oil paints do take longer to dry than other mediums (approx. 1-2 months), please take this into consideration with any dates you may have in mind. 

- I currently am not able to ship outside of the U.S and I do apologize if this affects you. 

- Please include as much details possible with what you have in mind. Reference photos are a great help and can be emailed directly to me with [*Your Full Name* COMMISSION REFERENCE PHOTOS] in the subject line. This helps me with the creative process when drafting up rough sketches of your piece. If you're wanting a portrait of yourself or someone else, please include clear photos of the individual including headshots and full body pictures.

- I have the right to turn away any commission requests that may make me uncomfortable or that I will not be able to execute to my best ability. I have a preferred style with preferred mediums. If I am not a good fit for what you're needing, a list of recommendations can be made to accommodate you.
